Fallout 4 - Hangman's Alley Build

Here is my build for the Hangman's Alley settlement in Fallout 4! I had a lot of fun with this settlement! I loved how the area was completely different than the houses and farm settlements I had come across before. I wanted to make a multi layered settlement that incorporated the outer facade of the surrounding buildings!

This was also the first settlement I found after downloading the Wasteland Workshop expansion pack, which included my all time favourite addition: String lights!

I fortified the west entrance with junk fencing and a few turrets:

I left the upper building pretty much as it was. Just added some more beds/decorations. I was going to add some more onto it, but I ran out of room:

I scrapped the demolished building and made a fresh one in it's place. I modeled the upstairs off of a room I would live in if I were in the Commonwealth: no lights, nothing but a computer and art:

I left the central building intact and turned it into a bar:

The north entrance is guarded by a junk door and a guard post:

The middle and east sides of the settlement have been transformed into one giant structure:

The inside has beds and entertainment:

The second floor leads to the east entrance:

Next to this is the annex:

The top two floors are my favourite rooftop gardens:

I love this build, but I wish it would allow me to build more. There are a lot of things I would improve if I could.

Fallout 4 - Starlight Drive In Build

Here is my build for the Starlight Drive In settlement in Fallout 4. This and Sanctuary were the first settlements I worked on in this game. I created this before getting the expansion, so most of what is here is using the games base elements.

After clearing out all of the cars and scrap, I set up a garden by the screen and created a little market in the center:

Instead of taking the easy approach and building homes on the ground, I decided to say, screw physics, and built a full settlement hovering above the parking lot:

The only beds on ground level are in this one room (the other screen rooms are just empty):

The only way in:

First thing you get is a small market with a full pool table! As this was one of the first builds I did, I didn't have any pool balls when I started. I then went on a crazed hunt for pool pieces until I found everything...

The central building is just a sleeping area:

The back area has more shops and sleeping, along with some defense:

If you haven't noticed, most of the settlers have been put into specific outfits. I've never been to a drive in theater before, so the first thing that comes to my mind when I see one: the movie Grease! Using that as inspiration I dressed all the guys as greasers/preps and dressed the girls in dresses:
